  • The pick-up time is typically 60–90 minutes before the departure time, depending on your hotel’s location. The exact pick-up time will be sent to you via email after booking.
  • On the return journey from Koh Mak to Koh Chang, the shuttle will drop you off in the same designated areas.
  • None of the operators offer free shuttle service on Koh Mak.
